ProfiloNata a Cesena nel 1965. Ha studiato a Milano e aLondra. Dal 1988 il suo lavoro comprende illustrazioni per
libri per ragazzi , copertine, quotidiani e periodici. Pubblica in
Italia, Gran Bretagna, Stati Uniti, Francia, Giappone.
Ha partecipato a numerose mostre collettive in Italia e all'estero. I
suoi lavori sono stati selezionati dall'Annual
della Society of Illustrators
di New York, dall' Original Art
Show di New York,da 3x3 Magazine e dall'Annual dell' Associazione Illustratori italiana.
E' membro della Society of
Illustrators di NewYork.
| | ProfileValeria Petrone began her art education in her native Italy
and then moved to London to pursue her studies.
She worked in London as a freelance illustrator for
several years.
Although still maintaining links with publishers in the U.K.,
she has extended the scope of her activity to include
publishers in the United States, Japan France and,
of course, Italy, where she now lives.
In addition to her work in children's books, she has done
editorial illustration for Italian and UK magazines.
Her work has been exhibited in italy and abroad and
has been selected for the Annual of American Society of
illustrators and Original art Show of NY.
She is member of the Society of Illustrators of NY.
