Davide Bonazzi vive a Bologna, dove è nato nel 1984. Dopo la maturità classica e la laurea in Lettere Moderne all’Università di Bologna ha studiato Disegno e tecniche illustrative 2 allo IED – Istituto Europeo di Design di Milano e Illustrazione per l’editoria all’Accademia di Belle Arti di Bologna. Dal 2004 lavora come illustratore freelance.
Tra i suoi clienti L’Espresso, per cui ha illustrato servizi di copertina, attualità, politica ed economia; Riders (ed. Hearst Lifestyle Media); Italic (ed. Bellissimo/Label); Palladium Magazine (U.K.); Diario Europeo; il Centro Europe Direct di Regione Emilia-Romagna; lo studio Sonne Film, per cui ha disegnato scene del film documentario di argomento storico "Una storia, un modello" (2011). È stato selezionato per l’Annual Illustratori Italiani 2011 e 2012, curato dall’Associazione Illustratori.
Davide Bonazzi lives in Bologna (Italy), where he was born in 1984. After he graduated from the University of Bologna, Faculty of Arts and Humanities, he studied Drawing and Illustrative techniques 2 in Milan at IED – European Institute of Design and Illustration for publishing at the Academy of Fine Arts of Bologna. Since 2004 he works as a freelance illustrator.
Among his clients L’Espresso, for which he illustrated covers and articles about economy, politics, current affairs; Riders (ed. Hearst Lifestyle Media); Italic (ed. Bellissimo/Label); Palladium Magazine (U.K.); the Europe Direct service of Regione Emilia-Romagna; Sonne Film studio, for which he made illustrated scenes of the historical documentary film "Una storia, un modello" (2011). He has been chosen for the Italian Illustrators Annual 2011 and 2012.
